Coverage B — Other Structures

Definition#

Coverage B insures detached structures: detached garages, sheds, fences, retaining walls, in-ground pools, pool houses, gazebos. Industry default = 10% of Coverage A. Properties with multiple outbuildings or significant fencing may need an endorsed higher limit.
